What is a Pre-order?
Pre-ordering is the option to purchase an item before it arrives from manufacturing. Many pre-orders receive other incentives (exclusive apparel, rare packaging, etc) that is exclusive to the Pre-ordering option. Pre-orders are shipped on a "first come first served basis", beginning on the day the item(s) arrive in stock at Negative Vibe. In most cases, this ship date is weeks before street date. I am a label/vendor/band, how do I get my items carried in the NVR webshop?
We are always taking submissions for items to be carried in the webshop. We carry all forms of aggressive and independent music. We also carry publications, videos, and apparel from a wide variety of vendors. Send us an email with your items specifics to email@example.com, and we will contact you as soon as possible.
Is negativevibe.net secure?
We work to protect the security of your information during transmission by using Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) software, which encrypts the information you input. We also do not store any Credit Card information in our database or online in any way. The only information we do keep on record is your account information (consisting of your name, billing address, shipping information, and order history). We do this to make your shopping experience more convenient.
What customer information do you keep on file?
We do not keep your complete Credit Card information electronically on file. We do this intentionally to insure upmost privacy and security of our customers. It is important for you to protect against unauthorized use of your Credit Card information. If you suspect any fraudulent activity on your Credit Card from an outside party, please contact your credit card company immediately.
Does NVR share the information it receives?
We respect your privacy. We will never under any circumstances, sell/share your information with a third party. We are in the business of music and related merchandise, not information.
Shipping & Delivery
We do our best to ensure your orders are shipped within 24 hours of being received, orders can take a significant amount of time to reach their destination. Please keep in mind that postal Holidays, weekends, and inclement weather can/will effect delivery times. International customers please note that customs inspection can also effect delivery times.
Refunds & Exchanges
We want you to love what you ordered from us. If something is not right, let us know. Negative Vibe gladly accepts returns/exchanges of any defective merchandise within 30 days of date of purchase.
Please note that Negative Vibe is not responsible for items damaged in transit. But, if your order looks like s***, please let us know. We'll try and help you out.
